Terms and conditions
These terms cover use of the Viking HVAC website and communications about estimates, service, installation, and SMS messages.
These Terms and Conditions apply to the website at viking-hvac.net and to communications with Viking HVAC LLC about HVAC service, installation, estimates, scheduling, and project follow-up. By using the website, submitting a form, calling, texting, or otherwise communicating with Viking HVAC, you agree to these terms.
Services and estimates
Website content is informational and does not create a binding estimate, quote, warranty, or service agreement. Final scope, price, equipment selection, rebate eligibility, schedule, payment terms, and warranty details must be confirmed in a written estimate, invoice, proposal, or service agreement from Viking HVAC.
Photos, descriptions, recommendations, and examples on the website may not apply to every building. Existing conditions, access, electrical capacity, building rules, code requirements, permits, concealed defects, and equipment availability can affect the final scope and cost.
Scheduling, access, and site conditions
Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the work area, accurate contact information, and relevant building requirements before work begins. This may include board rules, building access rules, roof or yard access, parking rules, landmark restrictions, electrical panel information, and other project constraints.
Schedule dates are estimates unless a written agreement says otherwise. Weather, building access, material availability, emergencies, and site conditions may require schedule changes.
Payment and third-party services
Payment terms are stated in the applicable written estimate, invoice, or service agreement. If Viking HVAC uses third-party tools for payments, financing, communications, hosting, data storage, scheduling, analytics, or rebate documentation, those providers may process information only as needed to support the requested service.
Do not submit sensitive payment details, access codes, account passwords, or private building information through the website form unless specifically requested through a secure method.
Equipment, warranties, and rebates
Manufacturer warranty terms are controlled by the applicable manufacturer and may require proper installation, registration, maintenance, and documentation. Any Viking HVAC workmanship warranty or other written guarantee applies only if stated in the applicable written estimate, invoice, proposal, or service agreement.
Rebates, tax credits, utility incentives, and financing programs are subject to program rules, availability, customer eligibility, building eligibility, equipment eligibility, and documentation requirements. Viking HVAC may help with project information, but no incentive is guaranteed unless confirmed by the program administrator.
Calls, texts, and SMS terms
By submitting a form, checking an SMS consent box, calling, texting, or otherwise providing your phone number to Viking HVAC, you authorize Viking HVAC to contact you about your inquiry, project, estimate, appointment, service request, missed call, or related follow-up. Messages may be sent by phone call, text message, or email.
Calls may be recorded for quality and follow-up. Call records, voicemail recordings, transcripts, and related notes may be used to respond to your inquiry, schedule work, maintain project history, and improve customer communication.

Viking HVAC does not use SMS for emergency dispatch. If there is an emergency, call 911 or the appropriate emergency service.
Website use
You may not use the website to submit false information, interfere with the site, scrape lead forms, attempt unauthorized access, or send spam. Viking HVAC may update, suspend, or remove website content at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viking HVAC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or from reliance on general website information. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Privacy
